Spectacular keyseating machine with three useful axes in interpolated mode, which enable it to perform multiple notches and complex grooves. Its precision allows it to work in limiting tolerances. Also, with the use of special blades, complex internal and external toothed edges and cuts can be made.

The incorporation of an automatic indexing table leaves a 410mm (height) gap of useful space.

Cutting capacity from 3 to 100 mm (pieces up to approx. 800 mm diameter). A lower guiding bar provides extra stiffness for demanding jobs.

Includes an automatic rotary indexing table with a wide range of configuration possibilities. Maximum workpiece height: 410 mm. PLC with touch screen to control cutting speeds,feeding rates, and shifting of the workbench. This keyseater is suitable for the production of pieces with multiple notches, grooves or both; either inner and outer: straight and conical grooves and helical cuts in through or knockout holes.
